Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

All items purchased in our shop are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Returned items must be in original condition and cannot be worn, used, altered or damaged.

Items manufactured specifically on request and custom-sized rings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

However, if you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

Please contact us within 3 business after delivery, if you decide you would like to return the piece or are not happy with your purchase.

Once returned merchandise has arrived safely back to us in its original condition, we will issue a refund or send an exchange.

Shipping fees will not be refunded and can range depending on the value of the piece and shipping destination between $ 10 - $ 70.
