Chain making is an ancient art, dating back thousands of years and we enjoy the meditative work of making our foxtail chains. The process is very labor intensive, but it results in a very unique and beautiful piece of art which we hope you will appreciate.

We start with coiling wire and the coil then is cut into individual rings of the correct diameter. All rings need to be closed and then fused together with a torch into closed loops. We need about 200 loops for a medium size bracelet. Finally, the loops will be woven together to form the chain.
